The Torah tells us not to bear a grudge. In addition to being a mitzvah, this is good advice as I am usually the one who suffers the most when I hold onto anger and resentment. But how can I let go? If I was really wronged by another, hurt by another, taken advantage of etc. how can I release the emotions that make holding onto a grudge so human?
