Sandra Solomon is an Arab woman who was born in Ramallah. As a child, she later relocated with her family to Jordan, and then moved to Saudi Arabia at the age of 9 years old.

Sandra grew up under Sharia law in Saudi Arabia. She talks with Tamar Yonah about LIFE BEHIND THE VEIL as an Islamic, Arab woman, and about who she has become today, – a Human Rights Advocate and a promoter of women’s rights.
